protect the personal information that you share with us. Generally, you
can browse through our website without giving us any information about
yourself. When we do need your personal information to provide services
that you request, this policy describes how we collect and use that

Information about our Organization and Web site
Modern information and communication technologies play a fundamental role in the
activities of Pegasus Technologies, Inc. We are based in the USA, and our
principal activities are (1) the provision of electronics/RF consulting and custom design
services, and (2) the sale of RF modules and other electronic
components. We are closely associated with SSS Online, Inc., which operates
the website Spread Spectrum Scene Online, on which we have a significant
presence in the form of multiple pages devoted exclusively to our business.
This privacy policy covers Pegasus Technologies, Inc., its website on Spread

corporate website at http://www.pegasustech.com.
Please note that Pegasus Technologies and SSS Online share corporate officers and Webmasters, and
therefore they also share privacy information; each company's use of that information is
covered in individual privacy policies which are closely related.

Providing Visitors with Anonymous Access
You can access our Web site and browse all our pages without disclosing your personal
data. Our website provider for the sss-mag site, The Diamond Lane, uses Webalizer
version 2.01 for tracking statistical data on our site. This program uses IP addresses
for providing statistics on traffic to particular pages and the site as a whole.
We use this data for purposes of system administration, and to analyze trends,
administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information
for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Our website provider for pegasustech.com, iPage,
offers similar statistical information used for the same purposes.
Services on our Web site
- We do not generally collect any personal data on users other than the IP addresses
as discussed above. However, we do offer certain electronics items, RF modules, and
other items for sale on both of our Pegasus Technologies websites.
- All purchases require the provision of personal information to us, including name,
address, phone number or e-mail address plus financial information
for checks and wire transfers.
- In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to
such companies as United Parcel Service, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service.
- In no instance are these business associates allowed to use your personal information
for any other purpose. Any personal information that you may share with us (and with
the business associates that help this site function or assist us in fulfilling your
order) is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or
shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

Both of Pegasus Technologies' websites contain numerous links to other sites.
We do not share your personal information with those websites and are not
responsible for their privacy practices. If you have concerns, we encourage you to

Technologies, Inc. associate family, which also includes SSS Online, Inc.

Accessing and Changing your Information

in the subject line. We will provide you with a copy of any personal data that we
have about you, generally within a week from your request. Proof of your identity
may be required first. This information will be provided without any charge.
