FCC rules are located in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Although the Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) is responsible for the maintenance of FCC rules located in Parts 2, 5, 15, and 18 of the Title, the official rules are published and maintained in the Federal Register.

Links to both the FCC site and the Federal Register are given below. In addition, because of traffic conditions and other peculiarities of the government systems sometimes make it hard to get the material from these sites in a timely manner, you can download the rules directly from SSS Online.
